The young player has declared on his FB page:
“Sad to announce that I will not be able to participate in the upcoming tournaments for at least the first half of the 22/23 season in my first year on tour as a full-time pro due to a knee injury I sustained two years ago.
“After hundreds of injections and painkillers that made it worse, my team and I decided that it would be better to take this time off and treat it properly. On the bright side, it may not require a surgery after all, so hopefully only the rehab process can get back as soon as possible.
“See you in January🤞
